As a local mom and wife, Lexi brings a powerful combination of empathy, high standards, and clear communication to every job we take on. She understands what it’s like to have your home turned upside down and how important it is to be seen, heard, and supported while it’s being put back together.

CEO + OWNER
As the founder of Superdry, Lexi is the driving force behind the company’s expansion, marketing strategies, and client care. She’s a proud mama, a dedicated foster for animals in need, and a believer that a day at the beach can fix almost anything. Her dream is to one day live on the coast, but for now, she’s focused on building a business that restores more than just homes, it restores peace of mind.
PROJECT MANAGER
STEVEN
As Superdry’s project manager, Steven ensures every job runs smoothly from the first phone call to the final cleanup. When he’s not managing restoration projects, you can find him drag racing his ’71 Camaro, a car that’s earned him a world record, or fishing along the Texas coast. His mix of technical expertise and competitive drive ensures clients always get results that are both efficient and high-quality.
JOHNNY
LEAD TECHNICIAN
With a lifetime of work in reconstruction, Johnny leads Superdry’s technicians with skill, patience, an understanding of the industry. Recently, he became a proud father to a newborn baby, adding even more meaning to the homes he helps restore. Fun fact: Johnny once cared for a baby raccoon, which tells you all you need to know about his heart for taking care of others, whether they have two legs or four.
CADE
TECHNICIAN
A skilled technician with a background in HVAC, Cade is currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering while bringing his problem-solving skills to Superdry’s restoration projects. He has traveled the world and has a special love for Europe. Cade’s curiosity and technical knowledge make him an invaluable part of the team.
XAVIER
TECHNICIAN
Starting his career in restoration shortly before graduating high school, Xavier has quickly proven himself as a reliable and hardworking technician. When he’s not repairing water damage, he’s often found building trucks or working on cars, channeling his mechanical skills into both work and play. His dedication to learning and improving ensures every Superdry client receives top-notch service.
